Connection
We can connect your new tumble dryer on the day we deliver to get you up and running straight away. Here's what we'll do when you select this service:
• Check the existing electrical connections are safe.
• Carefully unpack and check the new tumble dryer.
• Get it in place, connect it and adjust the feet so it sits level.
• Put it on a test cycle to ensure it works properly.
• Give you a short demonstration on how to use it and provide a connection certificate.
• Take away all the bulky packaging.
Disposal
We can take away your old appliance whilst we deliver your new one, saving you a trip to the tip. The appliance must be disconnected and ready to go - unless you have selected the connection option, then we'll disconnect it for you.

LARGE APPLIANCES (Washers & Dryers, Fridges & Freezers etc)
• Deliveries are made 5 days a week, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays)
• You can choose a delivery date that is convenient for you during checkout.
• We'll text you the night before your delivery is due with a 3 hour time slot, so you don't have to wait in all day.
• Our delivery driver will unpack any large items whilst you are present, so you can check them before you sign for the delivery.
SMALL APPLIANCES (TV's, Cooker Hoods, Microwaves, Kettles, Toasters etc)
We send most small appliances by courier. Our chosen courier will usually text you a time slot on the day of your delivery.
