When will I receive my order?

All orders are delivered within 5 working days from the date you placed your order. The exact delivery date will be emailed to you after you've placed an order. 

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, of course! If the delivery date you receive is unsuitable for you, simply reply to the email you received, or call us on 01788 624422, to arrange an alternative date that suits you. 

Do I need to get anything ready for delivery?

If you've ordered a large appliance, we'll deliver it to a room of your choice. We ask that the entrance is clear of any obstacles that may interfere with the delivery. If you have ordered one of our services such as installation, then we'll require access to your water supply, waste outlet and power point (where applicable). If possible, we ask that any cupboards that we require access to are emptied before we arrive.

Will my new item fit?

We try to list the full dimensions for all the items we have available. If for any reason there are no dimensions listed for an item you would like, please call us on 01788 624422 and we'll help out. 

Please note: all dimensions listed on our site do not include any protruding features such as, controls and handles etc. The dimensions shown are for the item body size only. All measurements, sizes and weights displayed on our site are approximate only. 

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

We unpack most large appliances whilst we deliver, so you can check it before we leave. If for any reason you're unhappy with the appliance, we'll take it away with us and arrange for a new one to be delivered as quickly as possible. 

If you believe the item we have delivered is faulty, we'll help arrange an engineer to visit, to identify the fault. If the product is confirmed to be faulty within 30 days of receiving it, we'll offer a replacement item or refund. Please read our full terms and conditions for more information if your product is faulty after the 30 day period.

I've ordered a new hob which is larger than my old one. Can you cut the worktop to make it fit?

Yes, if your worktop is made of wood then we can cut it to allow the new hob to fit. If your worktop is made of anything else such as granite, tiles, composite or metal etc, then we won't be able to make any adjustments. This will need to be done before we deliver your new hob.
