Here's some useful information about our delivery services.

Delivery Area's

We currently offer delivery to selected postcodes, using our own staff and delivery vehicles. During checkout you'll be asked to enter your postcode when purchasing a large appliance. Should the postcode you enter be one of the area's we do not cover, you will see a message stating we do not deliver to your area at the moment. If you see this message you can call us on 01788 624422 as we can sometimes offer an alternative delivery method by courier.

Small Item Delivery

We send most small appliances such as Cooker Hoods, Microwaves, Kettles, Toasters etc via courier. The courier will usually text you a time slot on the day your delivery is due. 

Large Appliance Delivery

Large appliances such as Washers & Dryers, Fridge & Freezers etc are delivered personally by us. This is to ensure the most convenient delivery service for you. You can choose a delivery date that suits you during checkout and we'll send you a text the night before your delivery with a 3 hour time slot, so you don't have to wait in all day. All delivery dates are subject to availability and stock levels.

American Fridge Freezer & Range Cooker Delivery

We offer a free standard delivery service with extra large appliances such as, American fridge freezers and range cookers. However, due to the size of these appliances we can only offer delivery to the ground floor. Free Delivery includes a 'Door Drop Only' service, where we will deliver the appliance to your front door. If you require us to carry the appliance into a ground floor room of your choice, then you can select the fitting service during checkout. The fee for this service is £35. We do not remove property doors or windows to gain access to a building, so please bare this is mind when placing an order. If the appliance is too large to fit into the building we can offer to leave it in an alternative safe place such as a garage. In this case, any fitting fees that may have been paid will be refunded.

We'll check it on Arrival

We unpack most large appliances whilst we deliver, so you can check them before signing for the delivery. If you're not 100% happy with it, we'll take it back and replace it with another one as quickly as possible.

Please note: We do not take away the packaging unless one of our services have been purchased.
